Custom FD

Here it is! My FD creation. I started with Corti Brothers Roast Beef top with Havarti cheese on an Asiago Cheese roll. I made a red pepper aioli at home which i spiced with a little bit of red pepper flake and cayenne pepper. Set the sandwiches under the broiler for about 2 minutes to melt the cheese. After, I applied the aioli. Hmmmmm....not bad. I must say, my FD creation deserves some respect. Everything complemented each other nicely. The roast beef was tender and very flavorful. The bread added a nice crunch but soft inside texture to not tear the roof of your mouth up. The cheese and aioli added a creamy, spicy flavor that gave a little kick on the back end. Overall a success!
